Wheat bran consists mostly of hulls and fragments of wheat that remain once the starchy kernel has been removed and as a result, contains less starch and more fiber than whole wheat. Wheat bran has good dietary qualities and is rich in B vitamins. Wheat bran has a high phosphorous content which is hard to digest for the horse.
Special oat free feed containing raw materials such as apple, carrot, yeast and linseed. Soak in warm or cold water for about 15 minutes before feeding. Sensitive Mash can be used to increase the water consumption by the horse, stabilise its fluid balance or to help it recover faster following exercise and in any other circumstances when an increased water consumption is desirable (horses with diarrhoea, prone to colic, etc.). Contains a medium level of protein.
Always give your horse access to forage before feeding it concentrate feed and try to spread its concentrate feeds evenly throughout the day.
- Soak in cold or warm water for about 15 minutes before feeding
- Free of oats
- GMO free raw materials, read more about GMO here
- Plastic bag 15kg
- Consider adding supplementary minerals to small-size feeds
A suitable feed should be based on the nutritional value of the forage feed (1 – 1.5 kg hay/haylage per 100 kg horse) and the level of work intensity of the horse.
Soak 1 kg MASH in 2 litre of water for 15 minutes before feeding. Small size concentrate feeds may need to be supplemented with extra minerals.
1 litre KRAFFT Sensitive Mash = approx. 0.5 kg.

Barley has a slightly higher energy content than oats where the energy comes from a higher content of starch. The higher energy content of the barley (and maize) is not as easily absorbed by the small intestine of the horse. Barley has a lower fibre and protein content than oats.
Linseed is rich in fat and Omega 3. Each linseed pod contains ten oblate shiny brown seeds. Inside the seed pod is a cell layer of mucilage, the dietary properties of which protect the lining of the intestine and facilitate bowel movements. Linseed is free of starch. Linseed has a high content of protein while the content of essential amino acids, such as lysine, is low. NB! Whole linseeds must be heated before use.
Apple pomace is the solid remains of the apple after pressing to, for example, produce apple juice or cider. Apple pomace is highly palatable. The nutritional attributes of apple pomace consist primarily of carbohydrates and crude fibre.
The nutritional properties of maize (flakes) are similar to those of barley except maize has a slightly higher content of energy and a lower content of protein.
Puffed wheat is high in energy and also, has a fairly high starch content. By puffing the wheat , the starch is easier to absorb for the horse, increasing the digestibility of the wheat.
Sugar beet molasses is a high-energy by-product of the sugar industry. It is highly palatable and a natural binding agent in the production of pellets.
Deactivated yeast containing high-quality yeast and B vitamins (such as B12) but also phosphorus and a number of trace elements.
Carrot is a palatable raw material containing a lot of carotene.
Linseed oil is a very high-energy nutrient that is used to add fat and energy to equine feeds. Linseed is rich in fat and Omega 3.
Sodium chloride, i.e. common salt, is used for adding salt to the feed.
